To help management and our team of 25, we're looking for a part-time Office Manager. If you're knowledgeable in business administration and passionate about computer science, this is your opportunity to help shape the future of education.


Your responsibilities

  • Help with financial reporting
  • Organizing team events (monthly happenings, yearly team retreats)
  • Managing procurement processes
  • Supporting hiring processes (sourcing, screening, visa applications)

Requirements

Your traits

  • You're knowledgeable in accounting (e.g. having completed a secondary business school or enrolled in a business program)
  • You speak and write in near-perfect German and English
  • You know how to work with Google Workplace apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) very well
  • You have a high interest in computer science education and working in a startup environment
  • You're available to work every weekday for 3-5 hours
